Bayeux Tapestry--Norman conquest

A lavish French breakfast with croissants to die for ( why are these so different at Costco?) and brilliant blue skies and the big round yellow thing radiating warmth and good will. Amazing how sunshine cheers us all. 

The tapestry depicting the French version of the conquest is an amazing graphic novel, an 11th century comic strip that tells, blow by blow, William's side of the history. Fascinating!
